I’ve been working in the animation industry for more than twenty years as everything from an animator, animation supervisor, and director.  My work has included dozens of television commercials, a few feature films, some direct to video CG movies, theme park ride films, and short films.

My career started in my home town of St. Louis.  It was there that I learned the ropes and built up my first demo reels.  In the early 90’s I was ready to move on to higher profile projects.  That meant leaving home for Los Angeles.  In the late 90’s, I packed my bags once again for San Francisco to act as the Animation Supervisor on a CG film that turned out to be a huge mess.  That disaster led me to form my own company, Toonstruck.

Toonstruck was originally created to take on outsource work from other animation studios.  Over the years, we helped out on dozens of productions when a studio needed assistance.  Today, Toonstruck still acts in this same capacity, but also provides full animation services directly to agencies.  We focus strictly on projects that require character performances.
